HER VOICE is a European project designed to empower women with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to make their voices heard, actively participate in society, and contribute to positive change within their communities.
Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (KA220-ADU – Adult Education), the project brings together women from diverse backgrounds—including migrants, young professionals, unemployed women, and those facing challenging life circumstances—with a shared goal: to learn, participate, and help build a more inclusive democracy.
The idea behind HER VOICE is simple yet powerful: democracy can only thrive when every voice is heard. Through creative workshops, meetings with public institutions, and hands-on activities, participants gain a deeper understanding of civic engagement and discover how they can actively contribute to public life. Along the way, they develop confidence, critical awareness, and valuable new skills.
HER VOICE transforms community centres and local spaces into hubs of dialogue, learning, and empowerment. Participants explore European values, strengthen their critical thinking and communication skills, and learn how to turn their ideas into concrete actions that benefit their communities.
